Helping those who are navigating the heartbreak of fractured relationships due to addiction, infidelity, and betrayal trauma is more than important to me—it’s what I’m called to do.

Relational, emotional, and sexual betrayal happens far more often than most people realize. Discovering that someone you love has hidden the truth can feel devastating and overwhelming. At Momentum Healing & Recovery, I understand the depth of that pain and the courage it takes to seek help.

I believe in your ability to heal and grow-and that you may just need some support and guidance to do so. This is your opportunity to prioritize you and your healing. This can be the first steps towards recovery and empowerment-despite life circumstances/others behaviors-you can heal!

How ?

My focus is on supporting both betrayed partners and individuals struggling with addiction or compulsive behaviors. For betrayed partners, I provide a trauma-informed, compassionate space to process your experience, heal from betrayal, and create a clear, personalized plan for moving forward.

For those facing addiction or compulsive patterns, I offer structured, evidence-based guidance to help you understand and interrupt harmful behaviors, develop healthy coping strategies, and build a plan for long-term stability. When appropriate, I may recommend a higher level of care to ensure you get the support you need.

In all cases, my goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing is possible and you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and hope.

Supporting individuals and couples affected by addiction—including sex/porn addiction and infidelity—and the resulting betrayal trauma is not just my work, it’s my passion.

Many who have heard my podcasts or webinars already have a sense of my approach and style, which helps create a familiar, comfortable space. Drawing from my own experience in recovery and healing from betrayal trauma, my goal is to show that healing and joy are possible for anyone willing to do the work. I provide personalized resources and guide both betrayed and betraying partners through a coaching process tailored to their unique situation.

Common breakthroughs include partners realizing the betrayal is not their fault and that support and healing are available regardless of what the addicted partner does, while those struggling with addiction receive judgment-free guidance, education, and strategies to move forward.

Recovery is challenging but deeply rewarding. My experience allows me to provide practical resources and help clients identify the tools and support most applicable to their journey, empowering them to heal and rebuild their lives.

I value recovery. I hold the space in a judgment-free zone. I want to give each person the hope that they can find healing and the support to do so.

Trauma Requires Compassionate Guidance

When betrayal or addiction enters a relationship, the emotional impact can feel overwhelming—shame, confusion, and isolation often take center stage. Without proper support, these feelings can lead to unhealthy coping mechanisms or prolonged suffering. My role is to provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can process your pain, understand what happened, and begin to stabilize. This foundation is essential because healing starts with feeling seen, heard, and validated.

Empowerment Comes Through Education and Tools

A few years ago, I had the opportunity to complete a bucket list item: hiking Rim to Rim at the Grand Canyon. I had wanted to do that both to experience the beauty that is the Grand Canyon and to accomplish this very physical challenge.

This has happened so often it makes my head spin. I answer the phone – the one that people call seeking help for addiction. Two scenarios – it’s from someone struggling with addiction personally, or it’s a loved one of someone struggling.
